Quick potato salad from the electric pressure cooker

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 fennel
  • 5 cornichons (spiced cornichons)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 tsp, heaped spice paste (vegetable spice paste), from my recipes
  • 140 ml water
  • some dill
  • some vinegar
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for First Austria multicooker or Instant Pot

Peel the potatoes, slice them, and add them to the multicooker. Mix the water with the seasoning paste and pour it over the potatoes. Set the pressure cooker to hold for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the remaining ingredients. After the cooking time is up, turn off the multicooker and wait about 10 minutes. Then open the lid. Place the potato slices in a bowl with the other ingredients and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Serve lukewarm.
