Quick strawberry cake with vanilla pudding

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 220 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 110 g butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Fat for the mold
  • 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder, bakeable, for mixing cold
  • 250 ml milk
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 pack of cake glaze
  • 250 ml water
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Put the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and egg yolks in a bowl, knead by hand and mix until evenly combined. Pour the batter into a greased 28 cm springform pan and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes and then let cool for about 10 minutes. Hull and halve the strawberries. Mix the baking pudding mix with 250 ml of cold milk and then spread it on the cake base. Place the strawberries, cut side down, on the cake. Finally, mix the cake glaze with 3 tablespoons of sugar and heat it with 250 ml of water, then bring to a boil briefly. Spread it on the cake so that all the fruit is covered. Allow to set and serve.
