Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour, type 550
- 220 ml water, lukewarm
- 14 g sugar
- 14 g salt
- 1 cube of yeast
- 28 ml olive oil
- 0.3 g nutmeg
- 200 g sour cream
- 75 ml cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 5 g salt
- 1 g white pepper
- ½ g caraway, ground
- 100 g ham, diced
- 100 g onion(s), in rings
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
easy and fast
For the dough: Crumble yeast into lukewarm water. Add sugar, flour, salt, olive oil, and nutmeg. Knead for 5 minutes. Set aside in a warm place to rise for one hour. For the topping: Mix the sour cream with the cream, egg yolk, and spices. Roll out the dough thinly into four flatbreads and spread with the sauce. Top with diced ham and onion rings and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
