Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp, heaped ham, diced
- 150 g noodles (soup noodles, e.g. in letter shape)
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Cayenne pepper
- lovage
- Balsamic vinegar
- some vegetable stock, granulated
- 1 liter of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and diced ham until brisk. Add the tomato pieces and deglaze with water. Add the spices and cook for about 5 minutes. Now add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Season to taste.
