Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can white beans with vegetables (800 g)
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 2 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 celery
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 g minced meat
- 125 g ham, diced, smoked
- 250 ml water
- some salt and pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Food combining dish
Peel and dice the onion. Peel and slice the carrots. Peel and dice the celery. Wash and slice the leek. Wash 1 stalk of celery and slice it into fine strips. Heat the oil in a saucepan and lightly brown the onion with the diced ham. Then add the minced meat and stir until crumbly. Add the vegetables and water, cover the pan and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the can of beans, stir everything, and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, arrange on plates, and set aside balsamic vinegar for garnish.
