- 20 g white quinoa
- 30 g oat flakes, fine
- 400 ml water
- n. B. Sweetener
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder or vanilla, to taste

vegan, simple and delicious, a variation of traditional porridge
Wash the quinoa. Bring 200 ml of water to a boil in a small saucepan and add the quinoa. Simmer the quinoa over high heat with the lid on until tender. This takes about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, reduce the heat to low and add the oats and the remaining 200 ml of water, stirring well. Simmer gently until the oats are soft and the porridge is creamy. Add sweetener and spices to taste. Served with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, almond butter, and maple syrup, it’s incredibly delicious. 200 kcal per serving.
