Quinoa Thaler with Cherry Compote
The perfect quinoa thaler with cherry compote recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Quinoa flour
- 3 tbsp Organic agave syrup
- Water as needed
- Coconut oil to fry
- Put the quinoa flour in a bowl, stir in the maple syrup and the water, take enough water to make a smooth dough, which then has to swell for some time and thus becomes firmer. Depending on your preference.
- Using a large spoon, pour the batter into the hot coconut oil and fry on both sides. Then put on a plate and serve with the salad

- We ate cherry compote with it, there are still a few things to process in the freezer before the next harvest comes 🙂
Note
- For non-veggies, water can be replaced with milk and, if necessary, eggs can also be added.
