Quinoa Tomato Tartlets
The perfect quinoa tomato tartlets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kl. Cup Quinoa
- 1 kl. Cup Pickled tomatoes
- 1 whole Spring onion
- 1 whole Clarified butter
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- 2 cups Sea-Salt
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
preparation
- Wash the ouinoa under running water in a colander – cut the pickled tomatoes into small cubes – cut the spring onions into fine rings
preparation
- Sweat the spring onion in clarified butter – add the quinoa and sweat with it – add the vegetable stock, season with sea salt and cook until soft
- Mix the tomatoes with the tomato paste and creme fraiche – mix everything well and finally add a little ketchup to the cooked quinoa – this dish is of course also suitable as a vegetarian main course, in this case I would pack a little more vegetables into it
