Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 rabbit
- 8 garlic cloves
- rosemary
- Thyme
- 1 tbsp paprika powder, rose hot
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Salt
- 125 ml olive oil
- 300 ml white wine
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the rabbit into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic cloves and blend them with the other ingredients using a hand blender. Pour this sauce over the rabbit and let it marinate overnight. After the marinating time, sear the rabbit pieces on all sides. Then add the marinade and let everything simmer for about 30 minutes. Rosemary potatoes go very well with this dish.
