Meat per person for raclette
How much meat you need per person for your raclette depends on whether the person eats a lot or a little. You have to take that into account.
- In general, calculate between 120 – 150 grams of meat per person for raclette. You should plan a maximum of 200 grams per person.
- If you have leftover meat, you can easily freeze the leftovers or make raclette again the next day.
- For vegetarians or vegans, provide either meat substitutes or a selection of side dishes.
- Potatoes and vegetables are suitable as side dishes. Marinated tofu is also particularly tasty.
