Raisin bread with almonds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 250 ml milk and a little for brushing
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 200 g raisins
  • 100 g almond(s), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine flour and yeast. Add sugar, eggs, melted butter, lukewarm milk, and salt. Knead on high for 5 minutes, then add the almonds and raisins and knead briefly. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Grease a 30 cm loaf pan, pour in the dough, and let rise for another 30 minutes. Brush with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
