Raspberry and Mascarpone Dream

The perfect raspberry and mascarpone dream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 ml Cream
  • 250 ml Mascarpone
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 300 g Raspberries
  • 250 g Amarettini almond biscuits
  1. For the mascarpone-raspberry cream, whip the cream until it is half stiff and stir into the mascarpone, season with vanilla sugar until it is sweet enough. (Otherwise season with normal sugar).
  2. Coarsely grind the amarettini. Layer the cream, raspberries and amarettini in a beaker and refrigerate until ready to serve.
