Raspberry and Mascarpone Dream
The perfect raspberry and mascarpone dream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 ml Cream
- 250 ml Mascarpone
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 300 g Raspberries
- 250 g Amarettini almond biscuits
- For the mascarpone-raspberry cream, whip the cream until it is half stiff and stir into the mascarpone, season with vanilla sugar until it is sweet enough. (Otherwise season with normal sugar).
- Coarsely grind the amarettini. Layer the cream, raspberries and amarettini in a beaker and refrigerate until ready to serve.
