Raspberry Waffle Tower with Chocolate Topping

- 200 g Flour
- 4 tbsp Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 170 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Vanilla essence
- 280 ml Milk
- 100 g Oil
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 500 g Cream cheese
- 175 g Butter
- 175 g Raspberry jam
- Couverture
- Mix (quinoa) flour, baking powder and salt. Add the water, vanilla, milk, oil and egg and stir to a smooth batter.
- Make waffles from the batter. Set these aside and let cool down.
- Mix the cream cheese, butter and raspberry jam. Add powdered sugar and mix well again.
- Alternately stack a waffle with a layer of the cream cheese preparation. Brush the outside of the pile with the cream cheese preparation. Put the melted couverture on the tower – done!
