Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 2 can/n mushrooms, sliced
- 2 onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- some thyme
- some chives
- 200 g rice (express rice)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 pinches of salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Simple and delicious
Wash the schnitzel and pat dry. Cut into thin strips about 2 cm long. Add the butter to the pan. Finely chop the onions and sauté. Then add the meat to the pan and brown on all sides. Add the mushrooms and their juices and simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Finally, add the sour cream to the meat and season with chives, thyme, salt, and pepper.
