Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 ports. Broccoli, firm fresh
- 2 tbsp oil (garlic oil) (or 2 tbsp oil of your choice plus 1 crushed garlic clove)
- 1 lemon(s), juice only
- 200 g sour cream or natural yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- Oil as desired, if necessary
- 60 g almond(s), flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes
Wash and trim the broccoli, peel the stalk. Chop the broccoli very finely, then coarsely grate the stalk. Prepare a dressing with the remaining ingredients (without the flaked almonds), season to taste, and mix thoroughly with the finely chopped broccoli. Sprinkle with the toasted flaked almonds and let it marinate well. A delicious starter, for example, with pink-roasted duck breast or lamb fillet, or a sophisticated side dish for pan-fried dishes.
