Raw Roulade
The perfect raw roulade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Pc. Roast beef or beef shell, approx. 170 g each
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 4 Discs Bacon
- 1 Pc. Medium-Sized onion, cut into rings
- Salt and pepper
- Possibly pickled cucumber
- Flatten the meat to less than half a centimeter and brush with mustard. Salt and pepper and put the bacon on top. Then put the onions and, if you like, a few chopped gherkins. Roll everything up tightly.
- A slice of bread and butter (e.g. with caraway seeds) and coleslaw go with it.
