Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g seaweed (kelp noodles)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 m.-large fennel
  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 3 beetroot leaves
  • 1 leaf of chard
  • 1 tsp, sautéed ginger, very finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • n. B. Pepper, black, ground
  • 1 pinch(s) chili, ground
  • 1 pinch of ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch of algae (spirulina)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rinse the kelp noodles and cut them into bite-sized pieces with kitchen scissors. Pour the soy sauce over them and mix well. While the soy sauce is absorbing into the kelp noodles, finely chop the fennel, carrot, beetroot leaves, and chard leaves. Finely chop the ginger as well. Add all these ingredients to the bowl with the kelp noodles. Add the sesame oil, spices, and spirulina powder and mix well.
