Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g vegetables of your choice (peppers, cucumber, carrots, kohlrabi)
- 2 tbsp herbs, chopped, fresh or frozen
- 150 g yogurt (full milk yogurt)
- 200 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and trim the vegetables and cut them into strips. Mix the herbs with yogurt and sour cream until smooth. Season the dip with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
