Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 650 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 vegetable onion(s), chopped
  • 750 ml meat broth
  • 1 jar Ajvar (large jar)
  • 400 g processed cheese with herbs
  • e.g. chili sauce, sweet and spicy
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super tasty and a hit at every party

Fry the onion in hot oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Pour in the broth, then add the ajvar and melted cheese. Once the cheese has melted, season with sweet and spicy chili sauce. Serve hot.
