Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 190 g lentils, red
  • 30 g oat flakes
  • 30 g rice
  • 425 ml lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • ½ tsp cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

vegan, a grinder is required

Grind the lentils, oats, and rice in a mill until finely ground. Season with herb salt and cumin. Pour in water and stir. Let stand for about 20 minutes. Using either a tablespoon or a small ladle, pour the batter into a hot pan. Fry on both sides. Only turn over when one side is browned. The dry mixture also makes a good storage container.
