Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lentils, red
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • e.g. parsley, chopped
  • Paprika powder
  • pepper
  • n. B. vinegar
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, cook the red lentils for about 15 minutes until soft. Peel and dice the onion. Mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade and add the diced onion. Now add the red lentils and mix well. Let it marinate a little longer before serving, if necessary; this will make it taste even better.
