Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 small cake bases (tartlets)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 4 strawberries
- 1 tsp sugar
- n. B. Chocolate shavings

Wash and chop the strawberries. In a slightly larger saucepan, combine the whipped cream and sugar with a mixer on medium speed for about 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to overbeat the cream, or you’ll end up with butter! Spoon the whipped cream onto the tartlets, decorate with strawberries, and then sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. It’s simple, quick, and looks great.
