Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sour apple (e.g. Granny Smith)
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

ideal for refreshment on warmer days

Peel and quarter the apple, then blend it with the milk in a blender. Then add the lemon juice and honey and serve. If the shake is too thick or thin, add more milk to taste. The same applies to lemon juice, depending on your taste.
