Rice pan with cashew nuts

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bags of rice
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 8 tbsp soy sauce
  • 80 g cashew nuts, salted
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Simple and vegetarian

Cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Dice the bell peppers and zucchini and fry in a lightly oiled pan. Roughly chop the garlic cloves and add them, then fry everything together for about 10 minutes. Then add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and cashews, and stir-fry for about another 5 minutes. Since the rice and cashews are salted and the soy sauce is flavorful enough, no additional seasoning is necessary.
