Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
First, put the rice on the heat according to the package instructions and add the 1 teaspoon of soup granules and a pinch of salt. Now fry the finely chopped chicken breast in a little oil in the pan, add the chopped onions and the finely chopped garlic clove and let it simmer for a while. Then add the finely chopped mushrooms, turn the heat down and continue peeling. Now chop the bell peppers and add them to the pan, mix them in and season to taste. I thickened the whole thing with 1 cup of cream and added more seasoning. As soon as the rice is ready, mix it into the mixture and let it stand for 3 minutes, season if necessary, and you’re done. You can also serve it with a salad.
