Rice Pudding Light, Delicious

The perfect rice pudding light, delicious recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 liter Milk
  • 500 g Rice pudding
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 whole Vanilla pod
  • 150 g Sugar
  1. Put the milk in a saucepan, add 150 grams of sugar and a pinch of salt, and simmer the milk rice slowly.
  2. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape out the pulp and place in the me. The scraped pod with it too.
  3. Let everything simmer slowly. And stir, stir, stir until it is nice and creamy or thick.
  4. Mix the cinnamon with the sugar.
  5. Remove the vanilla pod from the rice pudding.
  6. Arrange the rice pudding on a plate, sprinkle with the cinnamon / sugar mixture over the rice pudding and just let it taste.
  7. We had plum compote with it.
