Rice Pudding Light, Delicious
The perfect rice pudding light, delicious recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 liter Milk
- 500 g Rice pudding
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 whole Vanilla pod
- 150 g Sugar
- Put the milk in a saucepan, add 150 grams of sugar and a pinch of salt, and simmer the milk rice slowly.
- Cut the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape out the pulp and place in the me. The scraped pod with it too.
- Let everything simmer slowly. And stir, stir, stir until it is nice and creamy or thick.
- Mix the cinnamon with the sugar.
- Remove the vanilla pod from the rice pudding.
- Arrange the rice pudding on a plate, sprinkle with the cinnamon / sugar mixture over the rice pudding and just let it taste.
- We had plum compote with it.
