Rice Pudding without Burning

The perfect rice pudding without burning recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Rice pudding
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 6 tsp Sugar
  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  1. Butter in a big one !!! Melt the pot and braise the rice pudding in it
  2. Add the milk, sugar, pulp of the vanilla pod and the pod itself and bring to the boil briefly, stirring constantly so that nothing can stick to the bottom of the pot (important)
  3. Place the pot on a new hotplate that heats on the lowest level and let it soak for 15 minutes with the lid closed
  4. After 15 minutes, stir once and allow to swell for another 15 minutes, stirring 1-2 times in between
  5. Then plaster the finished rice pudding with cinnamon, compote or fruit, done!
