Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 125 g rice
  • 500 ml water and 1 – 2 cubes of stock OR:
  • 500 ml meat broth, vegetable or chicken
  • 50 g bell pepper(s), diced
  • ½ onion(s), chopped
  • possibly herbs, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the minced meat with the onion, add the water and stock cubes or stock of your choice, and bring to a boil. Add the rice and cook for 15 minutes. Add the bell peppers and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs, if desired.
