  • 2 Onions
  • 1 small glass Drained mushroom slices
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • Chopped parsley until smooth

Instructions

  • Cook the rice in lightly salted water for 20 minutes, then drain into a sieve and drain.
  • While the rice is cooking, cut the onions into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions with the drained mushrooms until they start to brown on the edge. Remove from heat and season well with pepper and salt.

  • Today we had chicken livers and fried tomatoes with garlic. That was a hearty, hearty lunch, the way we like it!
