Ingredients
- 140 g Rice parboiled
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Onions
- 1 small glass Drained mushroom slices
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- Chopped parsley until smooth
Instructions
- Cook the rice in lightly salted water for 20 minutes, then drain into a sieve and drain.
- While the rice is cooking, cut the onions into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions with the drained mushrooms until they start to brown on the edge. Remove from heat and season well with pepper and salt.
- Fold the onion mushrooms and chopped parsley into the drained rice and serve.
- Today we had chicken livers and fried tomatoes with garlic. That was a hearty, hearty lunch, the way we like it!
