  • 2 Clove
  • 3 Pimento
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,25 L Dry red wine
  • 800 ml Broth
  • 1 tsp Chocolate chips
  • 2 Fresh onion
  • 1 clove Fresh garlic
  • 0,25 L Milk
  • 5 Dried celery leaves

Instructions
 

  • Soak the meat in the milk overnight. Then fry on all sides with onion and garlic, season with salt and pepper and deglaze with red wine and stock.
