Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 packs of cooked beetroot
- some salt and pepper
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drain the beets and slice them. Add a generous knob of butter to the pan and heat until foamy. Then add the slices and sear them until crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
