Wash the parsley, spin dry, and roughly chop. Beat the egg in a deep plate. Separately place the flour and breadcrumbs in separate plates. First coat the Camemberts in the flour, then dip them in the beaten egg, and finally coat them with the breadcrumbs. Press the crumbs down lightly. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the Camemberts over medium heat for a few minutes on each side until browned. Toast the toast and then spread each with 1/2 tablespoon of herb butter while still warm. Arrange the toast and Camemberts on plates, spread each with 1 tablespoon of cranberry jelly, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
