Roasted cauliflower

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • Soy sauce
  • 2 packs of Chinese egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • curry powder
  • turmeric
  • pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • Oil (sesame oil)
  • ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, prepare the noodles according to the instructions. Then, fry them with vinegar, sugar, and a little soy sauce, then set aside. Chop the cauliflower into small florets, fry them over low heat in sesame oil (careful! It will turn black quickly) until tender (this may take a while), and finish with a little soy sauce. Whisk the eggs and stir in curry, turmeric, pepper, and breadcrumbs, if desired. Add the eggs to the cauliflower and continue frying until the egg is set, then stir in the noodles. Finally, top everything off with a dash of ketchup.
