Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 oysters (rock oysters)
- ½ small onion(s), red
- 1 tsp, heaped horseradish
- 1 pinch(s) brown sugar
- 1 dashes fish sauce
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oil

from the oven
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Finely grate the onion and horseradish, then mix with the fish sauce, oil, and soy sauce. Season with a little sugar. Place the oysters in the oven for about five minutes, until they open. Remove and spread the onion mixture over them. Return to the oven for another five minutes. Then serve.
