Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 8 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g leek, cut into fine rings
  • 2 carrots, finely diced
  • 2 onions, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 14 black olives, sliced
  • 200 g lentils, cooked
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 200 g smoked meat, diced
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a dough from the dough ingredients and line a springform pan with it. Fry the smoked meat in oil and sauté the vegetables in it. Mix with the lentils, parsley, and olives and spread it on the dough. Make the egg wash, season, pour over the vegetables, and bake the tart for 45 minutes at 180°C.
