Rosemary potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes, e.g. new potatoes, quartered
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, freshly squeezed
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, fresh
  • 6 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

low-calorie version

Preheat oven to 200°C. Add potatoes, garlic, and broth to a large, ovenproof skillet or roasting pan. Add rosemary sprigs to the pan and stir to coat. Toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in the oven and roast for 25 minutes. Stir potatoes and roast for another 20 minutes, until golden brown.
