- 7 medium sized Potatoes
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoons of fresh Rosemary needles chopped
- 0,5 China garlic
- 0,5 teaspoon Sea salt fine
- 2 Pinches Black pepper from the mill
- 2 Pinches Chilli flakes
- Parchment paper
- Thoroughly brush the potatoes clean in cold water and pat dry again; line an oven pan with parchment paper; preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Chop the garlic very finely and crush it with salt, pepper and chilli flakes a little more finely, mix with the oil in a bowl. Quarter the potatoes lengthways and turn them in the seasoning oil, then put them in the oven dish and cook for about 30 minutes; Turn once with the help of two wooden spoons and cook for another 5 minutes at 250 degrees with the grill switched on.
