Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spaetzle
  • 150 g cheese, Gouda, grated
  • 150 g Kasseler cold cuts, cut into strips
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • herbal salt
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the spaetzle until slightly al dente and drain. Layer the spaetzle, Gouda, and smoked pork in alternating layers in a dish. Mix the sour cream and eggs, season generously, and pour over the mixture. Bake at 200°C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
