Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 small potatoes, new, with skin
  • 1 handful of fresh sage leaves
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, best quality

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash and scrub the potatoes, boil for 15 minutes, drain, and let them steam for 5 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the potatoes and sage leaves, and fry until the sage crisps. Shake occasionally. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper and serve immediately. This pairs particularly well with lamb chops.
