Salad dressing with cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar of your choice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • some pepper
  • 2 tsp fresh herbs, chopped
  • some sugar as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the sour cream and cream. Then stir in the vinegar, oil, and lemon juice. Now add the sugar and mix everything well until no lumps remain. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs of your choice. It also works great as a dip. A quick tip: The sugar makes the dressing all the way! So don’t forget the sugar.
