Salad with green beans and chickpeas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g green beans
  • 200 g chickpeas
  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium-sized red onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, cook the green beans and chickpeas until al dente. Let them cool slightly. Then, combine the green beans, chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, and chives and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
