Salad with Parma ham and mozzarella

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g lettuce (pick lettuce)
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g mushrooms, brown
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey, liquid
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

excellent dressing

Wash and spin the lettuce, cut the mozzarella into bite-sized pieces, slice the mushrooms, and slightly tear the Parma ham. Prepare a dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and honey and season with salt and pepper. Mix freshly chopped basil into the dressing. Arrange the salad ingredients on a plate and drizzle with a little dressing. Tip: Serve with freshly baked ciabatta bread.
