Ingredients
- 300 g Tomatoes
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 piece Onion
- 0,5 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
- 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar dark
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Chopped basil
Instructions
- Peel the onion and clove of garlic and cut into very small cubes. Chop the basil. Halve the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the mustard, oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and sugar with the garlic cubes well.
- Put the tomatoes in a bowl, spread the onion cubes and the chopped basil on top and mix well with the marinade. Let it sit for half an hour.
- This salad tastes great with grilled, briefly roasted meat or, as I like it, with a sandwich.
