Ingredients

  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Clove of garlic
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 0,5 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar dark
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Chopped basil

Instructions

  • Peel the onion and clove of garlic and cut into very small cubes. Chop the basil. Halve the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix the mustard, oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and sugar with the garlic cubes well.
  • Put the tomatoes in a bowl, spread the onion cubes and the chopped basil on top and mix well with the marinade. Let it sit for half an hour.
  • This salad tastes great with grilled, briefly roasted meat or, as I like it, with a sandwich.
