Salmon in foil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 salmon fillets (200 g each)
  • 100 g zucchini, sliced
  • 100 g pea pod(s)
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 bunch dill, chopped
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 garlic clove(s), pressed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with green vegetables

Drizzle the salmon fillets with lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped dill, and place each on a piece of greased aluminum foil. Add about 50g of zucchini and pea pods to the fish. Mix the garlic clove with the crème fraîche and spread half of it on each vegetable. Season with salt and pepper. Carefully seal the foil packets and place them in an oven preheated to 220°C for about 20 minutes.
