Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 1 m.-sized bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 small salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 100 g cream cheese
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. paprika powder
- n. B. Thai curry powder, red
- n. B. Stock powder, instant
Instructions

Peel and dice the onion, zucchini, and bell pepper. Wash the salmon, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Sauté the onions in oil until translucent. Add the zucchini and bell pepper cubes and sauté briefly. Add the tomato paste and season with salt, pepper, stock powder, paprika, and Thai curry powder. Finally, stir in the cream cheese. Transfer the vegetables to a baking dish. Place the salmon on top of the vegetables. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
