Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g salmon fillet(s)
- 500 g asparagus, white
- 1 cup rice, possibly 1/3 of it spelt rice
- n. B. Butter flakes
- some salt and pepper
- 1 organic lemon(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Wash and peel the asparagus, and trim the bottom ends. Place it in a solid cooking container. If you only have one container, you can line the perforated container with parchment paper or use another suitable dish. Distribute knobs of butter on top. Cut the salmon into two pieces and place them on top of the asparagus. Season with salt and pepper. Then slice the lemon and garlic and place them on top of the salmon. Measure the rice using a cup (approximately 250 ml). I often mix 1/3 spelt rice and 2/3 white rice. Spread the rice in a solid cooking container. Pour in 2 cups of water and add a little salt. Steam everything in a steamer at 100°C for 20 minutes.
