Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 150 g sour cream
  • n. B. horseradish
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125 g cream
  • n. B. Dill
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients and chill for half an hour. Pour the dough into a springform pan and prick the base several times with a fork. Mix the sour cream and horseradish and spread over the pastry base. Cut the salmon into strips and arrange in the springform pan. Mix the ingredients for the topping and spread it over the salmon. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 20-25 minutes. If the top browns too quickly, cover the tart with aluminum foil and finish baking. Delicious hot or cold.
