Ingredients
- 3 Chili peppers finely chopped
- 250 g Processed cheese half-fat level
- 4 Carrots
- 1 Black salsify preserve
- 500 ml Low fat milk
- 250 g Cooked ham
Instructions
- Bring the black salsify with the chopped chili pods to the boil. I took a green, an orange, and a little red one.
- Cook the peeled carrots for 10 minutes.
- Bring the milk to the boil and stir in the processed cheese.
- Cut the ham into strips.
- Layer in a baking dish: carrots - black salsify - ham - pour the sauce on top and finally the strips of ham. If you want, you can add grated cheese over it, but I left it out because of the calories.
- Bake in the oven at 175 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
