Salsify Ham Casserole

- 1 kg Salsify (cleaned)
- 200 g Boiled ham
- 250 ml Cream
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth (repaired)
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- Cut the black root into small pieces and cook in boiling water until al dente. They shouldn’t be too soft. Then drain and drain a little.
- Cut the cooked ham into strips and fry them in a pan with a little margarine. Deglaze with the cream and season with vegetable stock, salt and pepper. Chop the parsley and stir into the sauce.
- Grease a baking dish with margarine and add the salsify. Pour the ham sauce over it and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.
