Salsify Ham Casserole

  • 1 kg Salsify (cleaned)
  • 200 g Boiled ham
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth (repaired)
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  1. Cut the black root into small pieces and cook in boiling water until al dente. They shouldn’t be too soft. Then drain and drain a little.
