Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 rolls (hamburger buns)
- 12 fish sticks
- 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 1 tomato(s)
- 4 gherkins
- 4 tsp remoulade
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the fish fingers in a pan until golden brown on both sides. Meanwhile, slice the bread rolls. Wash and slice the lettuce. Slice the tomato and cucumber as well. Mix the remoulade and mustard in a small bowl and spread it on the bread rolls. Then top each half with lettuce, 3 fish fingers, 1 slice of tomato, and sliced cucumber. Fold the bread rolls shut.
